No cookie-cutter solutions. Every system is built around how your specific family lives, works, and plays — together.
Systems built for how you actually get dressed and store your day. Clothes, accessories, and seasonal items — finally in a place that makes sense for your routine.
Organization children can use independently. Labeled bins, toy rotation, and accessible systems that grow with your family — rooted in 10+ years of early childhood education.
Functional spaces that make everyday cooking and family life simpler. Sustainable, reusable solutions that don't require a renovation — just a fresh perspective.
A full-home approach for families ready to transform multiple spaces. We start with a discovery call to understand your home and map out your needs together.
Fill out the form below with a few details about your space and what isn't working. I'll respond within 48 hours to schedule a free discovery call.
We talk about your home, your family, and how everyone moves through the space. No judgment — just curiosity. This is where the custom design begins.
I come to your home and we create your system together — sustainable, practical, and designed to last with your family's real rhythms and routines.
"The best organizational system is one your whole family can actually use — the toddler who knows the yellow basket is for cars, the partner who thinks differently, and you. Resilient, adaptable, and easy to maintain."
— Emily, Founder of Pothos Organizational Design
I'm a custom home organizer and early childhood educator based in Boston, with over 10 years of experience working with children and families.
I've always called Boston home, and living in a city means learning to live intentionally in small spaces. I had to find creative ways to make a home that worked for me, my husband — who organizes completely differently than I do — and our toddler. When my son started independently finding his toys and putting them back (he knows the yellow basket is always for his cars, because he learned to identify patterns), I knew I was building something real.
My background in early childhood education shapes everything I do. I don't just organize spaces — I design systems that every person in a family can understand and maintain. That means embracing the fact that people think and exist differently, and building around that truth rather than against it.
Pothos is named after the plant: resilient, adaptable, low-maintenance, and it thrives even when life gets busy. That's exactly what your home system should be.
